English
Your pharmacy in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. We speak English.
New to Germany? We explain how prescriptions, co-payments and the e-prescription work, and help you find the right medicine.
How it works in Germany
E-prescription (E-Rezept)
Your doctor stores the prescription on your health insurance card. Insert the card at our counter, or scan it with your phone on our website to order in advance.
Co-payment (Zuzahlung)
With public health insurance you usually pay 5 to 10 euros per prescribed pack. Children and teenagers under 18 pay nothing.
Private prescription
You pay the full price and claim it back from your insurance. Keep the receipt.
Why can't I buy this without a prescription?
Some medicines that are sold freely in other countries need a prescription in Germany. We can suggest an alternative or tell you when to see a doctor.
We are closed. Where can I go?
